Win Saakashvili will determine the International Criminal Court

The staff of the Russian embassy in the Netherlands handed over to the secretariat of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the citizens of Russia to the ICC prosecutor to seek the prosecution of the Georgian leadership for international crimes in South Ossetia.
