Saakashvili denied the enemy of Georgian citizenship

The billionaire businessman Bidzina Ivanishvili, openly opposed the current president, Mikheil Saakashvili, Georgia’s stripped of his citizenship. It is reported GHN referring to the official statement of the Civil Registry Agency of Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

Officially, the deprivation of citizenship Ivanishvili motivated by the fact that the Georgian constitution forbids to have two different passports and an entrepreneur in 2004, was among the Georgian citizenship and passport still in France. Why test for this fact was only 7 years later, the statement did not specify.

Not having Georgian citizenship, Ivanishvili be able to compete with Saakashvili in the presidential election. However, earlier businessman has indicated that claims for the presidency, but spoke only of the intention to create an opposition party Saakashvili, who will be able to get most of the parliament.
