OSCE rejects accusations of Russian Foreign Ministry in a biased assessment of the presidential elections in Georgia. The head of the observation mission Alcee Hastings said that Russian officials had not been in Georgia, where there was a vote. < I think their absence was a mistake >, - he said and pointed out the Georgian government to the need for inviting Russian specialists.
